          About us

          Forscope is the largest used software broker in Central and Eastern Europe, operating on the market since 2016. We buy and sell software products from well-known manufacturers (mainly Microsoft and Autodesk), helping clients save up to 70% on costs. Forscope's headquarters is located in Brno, the second biggest city in the Czech Republic, but we have representatives in 9 other EU countries. Our company is a certified Microsoft Partner and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certifications holder.

          SoftwarePro becomes Forscope


          Our company got even bigger! At the beginning of October 2022, a Slovakian brand selling used software SoftwarePro became a part of our company. This acquisition will help us improve our customers’ experience thanks to the shared know-how.

          Software Deals becomes Forscope!

          Why are we changing our name?

          The idea of renaming and reinventing our company has been developing in our heads for more than a year and a half. We felt a shift was needed so that we could provide even better and wider services tailored to our customers’ needs. We also wanted to clearly differentiate ourselves from other companies on the secondary software market as being confused with unreliable software sellers was starting to create unnecessary issues. 

          Another important reason for renaming was the fact that we wanted to unite the brand across all 11 European markets our company is present on.

          The new name and logo better reflect the essence and vision of our brand as well as the values it is built on. It also allows us to better protect our brand as Forscope is now an European Union registered trademark. 

          We are excited about what's to come both right away and in the future (such as further extension of our product portfolio) and we hope you will enjoy this new journey with us too!

          When will this change happen?

          During the month of April. We will gradually move all the language versions of our website to a new URL. If you’ll type www.software-deals.eu in your browser, you will be automatically redirected to the new one: www.forscope.eu 

          What does it mean for you – our customers?

          For you, the only difference will be in the fact that you will visit a website with a different name. If you have an account, it will be transferred to the new website and you will use the same login information as usual. Also the telephone numbers to reach our customer support, your account manager, or our office, remain the same.

          What else stays the same:

          • Forscope brand is owned by RA Software s r.o., the same company that owns the Software Deals brand
          • Bank account number 
          • People – there won’t be any personnel changes connected to the renaming of our brand

          Forscope: an IceWarp distributor

          We have become an official distributor of this browser-based platform, originating in the Czech Republic. IceWarp is an alternative to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, but it is significantly cheaper compared to both solutions – the price is 50% lower than for Microsoft products and 69% than for products from Google. Especially for medium-sized businesses and public institutions, it can be an interesting option to ensure easy collaboration within a team as well as the entire organisation at a great price.

          IceWarp offers the same features as its competitors, i.e. mainly work on shared documents, online conferencing, team chat, email on your own domain, calendar, and many more. All in a single web browser window. You can also use the mobile app, so you can work from literally anywhere.
