Excellent experience! Bought WIn10. Purchase and download was quick and smooth. Had some problems. Not due to Windows but because of installation as virtual machine with Parallels. Had to get different language pack and reinstall everything. Also serving my additional requests and solving issues was very quick, professional and efficient.

Everything ok, I received a sticker with an active code. The invoice was correctly sent by mail. The system could not be activated electronically, it was necessary to have call at an automated Microsoft line. 5 minutes and Windows was activated;)
