Channel Manager – Partner Sales

Key Responsibilities
- ● Develop and expand your local partner network – Identify, engage, and activate IT resellers, integrators, distributors, and other B2B partners in your country
- ● Support and educate – Act as a trusted advisor. Help partners understand our products, licensing processes, legal rules, use cases, and value arguments. Support them in tenders, respond to objections, and strengthen their market success
- ● Drive performance and revenue – Enable partners with training, resources, and strategic collaboration to help them grow with us
- ● Collaborate internally – Work with product, marketing, operations, and sales to align goals and ensure successful cooperation
- ● Negotiate and close – Secure balanced, scalable agreements based on partner needs and market conditions
- ● Monitor and report – Track performance and trends, and share market insights with the team
What Makes You a Great Fit
- ● Minimum 3 years in channel sales, IT partner management, or B2B business development, ideally in software or IT industry
- ● Fluency in the local market language and English (minimum B2 level)
- ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ● Network or strong understanding of local IT resellers and decision-makers
- ● A proactive, independent mindset and strong ownership of results
- ● Confidence with CRM systems and structured sales tracking
- ● Willingness to travel for partner visits or internal meetings
