Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- ● Proactively reach out to potential clients across your market, using a combination of cold calling, online research, and direct outreach.
- ● Identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT, procurement, or C-level positions.
- ● Schedule and coordinate meetings for Account/Sales Managers, or promote participation in webinars and other relevant events that showcase Forscope's services.
- ● Gather and document important information about prospects, including company profile, decision-making structure, current licensing status, and potential business needs.
- ● Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates in our CRM system.
- ● Collaborate with the Sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion results.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- ● Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or inside sales (ideally in a B2B or call center environment).
- ● Fluency in the local market language and English (minimum B2 level).
- ● Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- ● Experienced in using modern lead generation tools and platforms to attract attention and drive engagement.
- ● Ability to engage and qualify leads and create interest in value-driven software solutions.
- ● Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales workflows.
- ● A proactive mindset, with high levels of persistence and independence.
