Account Manager – Direct Sales

Join Forscope as an Account Manager and help organizations across the public and private sectors optimize their software licensing strategies. You will manage the entire sales cycle and play a key role in delivering value by matching client needs with compliant, budget-smart software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process – from initial client contact to offer creation, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a steady pipeline of meetings and qualified opportunities
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in IT, procurement, and management within your assigned market
- Maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships with clients acquired through your sales activities
- Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams (Solutions and Product) to identify the most suitable, cost-effective software licensing strategies
- Prepare offers that highlight both compliance and cost-efficiency
- Use CRM tools to track opportunity stages, plan follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure smooth internal coordination for implementation of solutions and customer success
- Provide regular market feedback and insights to help shape sales strategies and improve service offerings
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, IT, or technology
- Fluency in the local market language and English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Positive relationship with IT and software environments, and willingness to learn licensing concepts
- Confidence using CRM systems and structured sales tools
- A proactive, self-driven approach and strong ownership of results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions
