Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro End-to-End Upgrade

Windows 11 Pro upgrade: Prerequisites
Before starting, you must ensure your computer meets Microsoft's hardware security requirements for Windows 11.
Microsoft provides a free PC Health Check tool that quickly verifies whether your device is compatible with Windows 11. If your PC meets the requirements, you can proceed using any of Microsoft's official upgrade methods.
Download the official Microsoft PC Health Check App.
Open the app and click Check now.
If it passes: You are ready to upgrade.
Method A: The Windows Update Way (Easiest)
Click the Start Menu and open Settings (the gear icon).
Go to Update & Security → Windows Update.
Click Check for updates.
You should see a banner saying "Upgrade to Windows 11 is ready".
Click Download and install.
Accept the Microsoft License Terms when prompted.
Method B: The Installation Assistant (Fastest Direct Upgrade)
Go to the official Microsoft Windows 11 Download Assistant.
Under the Windows 11 Installation Assistant section, click Download Now.
Run the downloaded file (Windows11InstallationAssistant.exe).
Click Accept and Install.
Method C: Upgrade using ISO Media
Download the official file from Microsoft: ISO Windows 11
Mount the ISO in Windows 10.
Run setup.exe.
Choose Keep personal files and apps.
Complete the upgrade.
Windows 11 Pro – The Installation Process
Once the download finishes, the tool will start preparing your system.
Step 1 & 2 (Downloading & Verifying): You can continue using your computer normally during this time.
Step 3 (Installing): This will run in the background. Keep your computer plugged into power.
The Restart Prompt: Once it reaches 100%, a 30-minute countdown timer will appear. Click Restart Now to begin the actual upgrade.
The Screen Goes Blue/Black: Your computer will restart several times. You will see messages like "Working on updates". Do not turn off your PC during this time. This usually takes 15 to 45 minutes depending on your hard drive speed.
Windows 11 Pro Final Sign-In & License Verification
Once completed, you will be greeted by the new Windows 11 lock screen
Log in using your normal Windows 10 password or PIN.
Windows will take a few minutes to set up your new desktop icons and start menu.
Verify Your License:
Go to Settings → System → Activation. You will see Activation State: Active.
